Frequently Asked Questions
For the most part, our toys and vibrators are made of 100% medical-grade silicone. This is the material used in the most sensitive of surgeries and implants because it is bio-compatible, body-safe, non-reactive and chemically stable. It also feels velvety-smooth, is waterproof, and can handle a fair level of heat. However, it does NOT play well with oils, so please avoid using oil-based lubricants, lest it degrade this high-quality material!
Occasionally, models will also include high-quality ABS plastic, or other materials.
Our batteries are high-quality lithium-ion batteries, CE and ROHS certified for safety.
We offer standard flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States for $10. Upgrades to shipping, or overseas shipping, is extra.
Because we want to keep you as safe as possible, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless a device is faulty. So you can rest assured that the toy you receive is brand-new, and just for you.
Our toys come in their original packaging, but are shipped in a neutral, discreet box or envelope (depending on the size of your order).
