Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We offer standard flat-rate shipping via USPS within the contiguous United States for $8, which includes tracking. We also offer free shipping with purchases over $75. You can expect delivery between 5-10 business days after placing your order. Upgrades to shipping speed, or overseas shipping, is extra. Please inquire for faster shipping or overseas shipping options. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Because we want to keep you as safe as possible, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of our adult toys unless a device is faulty. If your toy is faulty for some reason, please contact us with a description of its problem, and we will work with you to replace or refund the device. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any toys that are misused or subjected to extreme conditions (including but not limited to extreme heat or cold, the use of oil-based lubricants, unreasonable use). We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if a toy is damaged due to force majeure, but will do our best to accommodate any issues. 

To request a return/refund/exchange, contact us with your emailed receipt/proof of purchase and description of the problem. Pictures and/or video of the problem may be requested. If we determine that we require the item shipped back to us to inspect it further, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, at a standard USPS rate. However, if we determine that the device is indeed faulty, and that you are entitled to a refund or exchange, we will add the cost of standard shipping to your refund. And if you choose to obtain an exchange, we will cover the shipping of the new device to you. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the banks and PayPal to process refunds.

If you opt for an exchange, we will send out a replacement item at no cost to you, and we will cover the cost of shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer! And thank you for your patience. 


Late or missing refunds

Refunds often take a few business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and contact your bank. Please allow between 7-10 days for a refund to be posted.
